About Senai Tofu
Senai Tofu founder Mr Lee Boon Zai (李文再) started the tofu business in 1940 at the old street of Senai town, we have been through 80 years of development, crossing three generations, from handmade to factory production, now becoming one of the leading tofu manufacturers in the southern region of Malaysia, we are still maintaining the same belief, quality and authentic taste.
Our mission is to continue producing high quality and healthy soy products for our loyal customers. Therefore, we insist on not adding any preservatives and additives, all the rich soy flavor and fragrance are comes from the soybean itself.
Most importantly, we use Nagiria (salts water) coagulant instead of gypsum powder in our tofu, although this has increases our costs. However it’s not only gives our tofu a better taste, but also provides a much healthier choice for our customers.
士乃豆腐创办人李文再先生于 1940 年在士乃镇老街开始了做豆腐的生意。 我们经历了 80 年的发展,跨越了三代人,从手工制作到工厂生产,现已成为马来西亚南部地区领先的豆腐制造商之一,我们依然保持着相同的,信念,品质和古早的原味。
我们的使命是继续为我们的忠实客户生产高质量和健康的豆品。 因此我们坚持不添加任何防腐剂和添加剂,所有浓郁的豆香都是源自于大豆本身。
最重要的是,我们生产的豆腐是用 Nagiria(盐水)凝结剂来代替石膏粉,虽然这推高了生产成本,但却能使豆香更加浓郁,而且也为我们的顾客提供了更为健康的选择。
