Nevertheless, you may consider to run thru tap water then added some sasses oil / onion oil and soya source to enrich the favourite of tofu.
All types of legumes, including soy, peas and peanuts would be considered moderate in purine content. Therefore, these foods could be included in the diet occasionally. The foods to eliminate completely would be anchovies, sardines, herring, mackarel, scallops, beef kidneys, brains, sweetbreads and liver. However, restricting dietary purine is not always indicated in the treatment of gout.
